Fastmate story episodes let you respond in your own words inside a fictional scene. Your conversation can influence how the story develops and which ending you reach. Full episodes are available in the iOS and Android app for adults aged 18 and over.
This guide explains the player experience without revealing endings or instructions for reaching them.
Respond in your own words
Instead of only selecting a line from a fixed menu, you can say how you react, ask a question or take a position in the scene. The character responds as the conversation unfolds.
An episode still has a setting and story direction. Free-form replies do not mean that every possible action or outcome is supported.
What multiple endings means
An episode can resolve in different ways. The ending you see belongs to that playthrough, and a later attempt may develop differently. There is no guaranteed phrase or universal shortcut to a particular ending.
Treat an unexpected ending as part of the fiction rather than a judgment about you. You do not need to search for a perfect answer to enjoy the story.
Replaying without spoilers
If you want to replay, approach the scene with a different intention: be more curious, more direct or more reserved. Follow the conversation that results instead of trying to reproduce every previous line.
Replaying does not guarantee that every attempt will reveal a new ending. Let the episode's own interface guide you through the available replay options.
After an ending
Supported characters can continue as Mates for ongoing conversation. Use the continuation option offered in the app. A Mate can draw on shared context, but may miss or misremember details; a short reminder can help.

Does replaying guarantee a different ending?
