3. User Content

By submitting content through our service (including episode choices and AI mate conversations), you grant Fastmate AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, process, and store your content for operating and improving our services, including AI model enhancement. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content. The AI technology, platform, and AI-generated responses are the property of Fastmate AI. You may delete your content at any time; however, content already used for service improvement may be retained in anonymized form.

4. AI Mate Limitations

AI mates are fictional characters powered by artificial intelligence and are not real people. AI mates cannot provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). They are designed for interactive storytelling and entertainment purposes only. Please do not develop emotional dependency on AI characters as a substitute for real human relationships.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not use the service to: impersonate real individuals without consent, promote illegal activities, generate explicit adult content, encourage self-harm or violence, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these guidelines.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Your episode progress and conversation history may be subject to storage limits.

Fastmate AI is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated dialogue and episode outcomes are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on AI mate interactions or episode content.
