Delete in the app
This works for guest accounts and for accounts signed in with Google or Apple.
- Open the Fastmate app and go to Settings.
- Select Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Request by email
If you no longer have the app, email us and we will delete the account for you. Please include the email address you signed in with, or the device you used as a guest. Verified requests are confirmed within 30 days.

What gets deleted
- Your account is deactivated immediately and held for 30 days. Sign in during that period to restore it.
- After 30 days everything is permanently deleted: profile, story progress, conversations and voice-call transcripts, character memory, your mate collection, mates you created, and any remaining coin balance.
- Purchase transaction records are kept only as long as the law requires. See our Privacy Policy.
- Unused coins are not refunded on deletion. Refunds for purchases go through the App Store or Google Play.
