Delete Your Fastmate Account

Delete in the app

You can delete your account directly in the Fastmate app:

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Select Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm to proceed. This applies to guest accounts and to accounts signed in with Google or Apple.

Request by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will delete the account for you:

support@fastmate.ai

Please include:

• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• The email address you signed in with, or the device you used as a guest

We confirm verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account is deactivated immediately and held for 30 days. Sign in during that period to restore it.
• After 30 days everything is permanently deleted: profile, story progress, conversations and voice-call transcripts, character memory, Mate collection, and any remaining coin balance.
• Purchase transaction records are kept only as long as the law requires. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• Unused coins are not refunded on deletion; refunds for purchases go through the App Store or Google Play.
